9 Month Guarantee

At Antique Rose Emporium, we stand behind our roses, ensuring they are true to their name and bring joy to our customers. If issues arise, we evaluate each case to find the best solution. 

Select varieties suited to your climatic zone and receive them during ideal planting conditions. If a selected desired ship date is contrary to recommended ideal conditions for your climatic zone, the guarantee will be voided. We encourage careful consideration to achieve the best results for your garden.

If there are concerns about your roses upon receipt, please notify customer support immediately.

Antique Rose Emporium cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as:

  • Plants lost due to Acts of God, such as extreme weather conditions: including heat stress, winter freezes, drought, flood, tornado, etc.
  • Delayed planting (2 weeks or more after receipt) or poor horticultural practices:
    • Over or under watering
    • Improper fertilizing Indoor planting or storage (including overwintering)
    • Planted during danger of frost
    • Improper planting location (not planted in full sun with well draining soil) 
  • Customer Satisfaction: We strive to provide excellent products to all our customers. However, we cannot guarantee that every customer's choice will meet their specific expectations or preferences such as fragrance and color. The final decision and selection made by the customer is at their own discretion.

The Antique Rose Emporium is not responsible for blackspot, powdery mildew, or pests, as these are the gardener's responsibility. Additionally, transplanting your rose from its original chosen planting location will void the guarantee. Yellowing leaves, minor blackspot, damaged canes, or defoliation may occur during transit. These conditions are not grounds for a refund, as they do not impact the health of the plant. Once the rose is planted, affected foliage is removed, and the plant receives proper care, it will make a full recovery.

What if your rose dies?

If your rose shows signs of life, our team will provide expert guidance to help ensure its success, as our guarantee covers a period of 9 months. Refunds are considered on a case by-case basis. To assess your situation thoroughly, please email the following information to guarantee@weareroses.com:

  • Multiple quality photos of your rose (up close, full view, etc.) unclear photos will not be approved.
  • Photo of the tag on the rose or the original paperwork that shows the order number.
  • Brief description of care/why you think you had issue with the rose
  • Contact Phone Number and Current Email

Once all of the above information has been gathered and sent to guarantee@weareroses.com you can expect someone from the customer experience team to reach out within 3-5 business days.

After a full evaluation of your specific situation, in approved cases, we offer a one-time refund for the cost of the rose (minus shipping and handling). This ensures you can reorder the same rose or try a different one. Antique Rose Emporium reserves the right to limit the refund policy to 2 refunds for the same variety per customer within a 2 year period.
