We will gladly make a one time replacement of the same rose OR refund the cost of your rose if it has died within six (6) months from date of receipt, or you find a rose is not true to name. Please do not hold us responsible for acts of God like hail storms, floods or severe freezes nor bad cultural practices like over fertilization or watering.  We do ask that you carefully select roses hardy to your climatic zone and you accept delivery at the recommended planting time for your area.  Should you have a loss,  return the plastic label that is attached to your rose to make your claim.  Please note, due to increasing shipping costs, it is necessary to charge a modest fee of $5.00 for each replacement rose.
