Photoshoot Policy
We love seeing photographers using our gardens! We do ask that photographers looking to use our grounds as a location for a photoshoot, please read the following policy. Due to events hosted on our grounds, we do request scheduling in advance.
Please make sure to tag us in photos, we love seeing final results from sessions!
We also set up seasonal venues throughout the year. They are available for mini-sessions, as well as other sessions. If you would like more information on these as they’re available, please enter your information below.

- Personal Use Photography is any informal photography, not a staged photoshoot. Guests are welcome to take informal photos for personal use at the Antique Rose Emporium. We do ask that you do not disturb the plant material and treat our space with care. Stand-alone flashes and drones are not permitted. We love seeing your photos of our gardens on social media! Make sure to tag us @antiqueroseemporium and/or use #antiqueroseemporium.
- Special Occasion Photography is any staged photoshoot, including wedding, engagement, anniversary, quinceañera, maternity, birthday, graduation, prom, etc. Special occasion photography is permitted at the Antique Rose Emporium. Stand-alone flashes and drones are not permitted. If you have a specific need for a stand-alone flash or other large equipment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
- There is a location fee, and it does vary depending on the Nursery and Display Gardens hours of operation.
- Please schedule your shoot in advance with the Nursery and Display Gardens. We want to ensure that there is not a conflicting event.
- Please be considerate of the customers at the Antique Rose Emporium. If the photoshoot gets in the way of our customers or there is not space, you may be asked to find a different area of the garden or asked to leave.
- Drones, furniture, confetti, etc. are not permitted.
- All dogs must be on a leash and managed appropriately. Any other animals require prior approval.
- Be respectful of the space and please stay out of the garden beds and do not remove foliage or flowers from the plants.
